• In the event that the customer wants to return one or more products within a group of products offered within the offer, the product will be returned, provided that the basic price of the product is calculated before the offer.
• In the event that the customer requests to cancel his request before receiving it, he will bear the cost of shipping in the event that the delegate of the shipping company receives the request from our warehouses.
• Note: A policy of returning the amounts due to the credit card is applied in the event that one or more product is not available within the request.
